It's either be willing to relocate, or be willing to do other work. That's true of any highly competitive profession.
Have a really great portfolio, apply all over the place and don't be discouraged, and be ready to go whenever something comes up. If you're good and persistent, you'll get there.
I've graduated in animation and am looking for a job in the phoenix area but cant find anything. I need help!!
Maybe you should be looking where the animation studios are instead of out in the middle of nowhere?
