My father is looking for a job and only speaks spanish. He is 51. Any job suggestions?

He's very healthy and full of energy. He can get any job he wants but its speaking english that holds him back. Help please?!

He can work for plenty of Building Contractors, he could help them with building homes or office buildings and he would get paid a lot of money. You could help him with his paperwork. Have him walk onto the site, go with him, to find out where applications are being accepted.
Reply:It's never too late to learn. Teach him english. People who are bilingual can get alot of jobs. Without english, he is stuck with low paying gardening and kitchen jobs.
Reply:Restaurant in the kitchen or busboy, or better yet he can go to school and learn English. After all English is our official language and if we were to go to another country we would have to learn there language. They would not accomodate us.
