I'm looking for a great job in business, what would you recommend?

I just got my G.E.D not long ago and I haven't decided what kind of occupation I wanted to major in. What's a good job in the business field? How much does it pays? How long do I have to go to school for? Is it worth it? I hope you guys are able to help me ^.^

Accountant, about $35,000 to start and after seven to ten years experience, $100,000 or more is possible.





Educational requirements: Minimum of a bachelor's degree (120 semester credit hours) CPA requirements for most states are now 150 semester credit hours. So, you can become an accountant once you get your bachelor's degree, but you'll need to continue in school. You might as well get a Master's degree.





In my opinion, stay away from the associate's degree programs in accounting. Those will only prepare you for a bookkeeping job. Typically, bookkeepers will earn $25,000 to $35,000 to start. Bookkeepers with five to ten years experience will only earn $35,000 to $45,000. There isn't much upward movement in the bookkeeper position.
