It depends on your age? Over 21 and you could make $200 + a night. Cocktail Waitress's do make more money on average. A good club can bring you at least the 200 a night your looking for.
If that's not for you, then you will want an exclusive Restaurant. Since you have experience you might find this setting more to your liking?
Look for a 5 star in your area. I know you can make great money but Cocktail will earn you more believe me.

Reply:Don't listen to ADOC because a wait staff needs a class act and stay away from sharky places like hooters. An excellent wait staff knows wine and fine dining. Be conservative and work for the best. Quick money wont work because if you expect that on your first night and think flirting will get your way, you will not only be disappointed , but fired too
